Fausto Puglisi

For many years Milan Fashion Week was just not my favorite. I always felt Paris and New York to be more on the cutting edge of the industry, and saw Italian fashion as being a bit old school and stuffy. But in recent seasons, I must say the Italians are bringing it. Last season my favorite collection was Gucci, and this year it's all about Fausto Puglisi for me, and I can honestly say he is one of my new favorites. Who would have ever thought that I'd be lusting after mini dresses in the worst color combo ever (red, green, yellow), or sweaters and blouses with giant Statue of Liberty faces stamped all over. I am all about the weird these days, and Mr. Puglisi's Fall 2014 collection is just the right dose of it.
